Corporate Mentorship Program @ JBS
Student mentoring is a crucial element in the curriculum of management education, as it provides guidance and assistance to the students in the most critical career building phase of their life. At JBS, we not only have the involvement of a faculty as mentors to the students, but they are also assigned to Corporate Mentors. The involvement of a corporate mentor helps the student in gaining confidence based on the fact that there is an individual in the corporate world, who would be his/her guide during the initial career planning. Students largely benefit from the mentor’s support, skills, coaching and contact; that assists them in understanding, how their ambitions fit into their post graduate education, overall development and career choices.
We have an ever evolving list of eminent Corporate Mentors on our panel who have vast experience and expertise and who through their close involvement with the mentees are a great source of information, guidance and support.
