Alumni Interaction under Employability Skills Course

Mohit Krishna Sharma and Radhika sharma both from MBA Batch 2014-16 interacted with the 2nd year MBA students of JBS, Noida Mohit gave an overview of the Financial Services Industry and how it can serve as a great launch pad for students interested in making a career in sales. Mohit emphasized on 3 reasons why he chose to do sales early in his career and urged current students to follow his lead. The reasons are as below
1. Exposure & Networking
2. Learning from the market
3. Mental Toughness.
He emphasized of the mental toughness aspect which prepared him not only to handle pressure but also deal with rejections and lows.
Radhika spoke about Sales Automation tool HubSpot and how learning the tool can be a game changer for students and enable them get placed in a Marketing profiles.
Mohit is currently associated with IDFC Mutual Fund in Financial Services sector and Radhika is placed in a Marketing role in MYCOM OSI in the telecom sector.
